By using multi-layer co-extrusion technology in the production process, the functional layers of different materials are combined, such as the high barrier performance EVOH (ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer) layer and the PE (polyethylene) layer, to achieve efficient barrier to gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide, while maintaining flexibility and transparency. This design greatly extends the shelf life of the product while avoiding contamination of the internal substances by the external environment.

For cold chain logistics, frozen food packaging and other fields that require cold resistance, our film can still maintain flexibility and mechanical strength in low temperature environments, and will not become brittle or cracked due to low temperatures. We use special material formulas, such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), and add antifreeze modifiers during production to ensure that the film can still be used normally at temperatures of minus 20°C or even lower.

Our plastic film is manufactured using advanced multi-layer co-extrusion blown film technology and cast film technology. Different types of polymer raw materials are selected according to functional requirements, and functional additives such as corrosion resistance, barrier, and cold resistance are added. Materials with different properties are melted and extruded synchronously through multi-layer co-extrusion equipment to form a plastic film with a multi-layer structure. The film is quickly cooled using a cooling device to meet the predetermined thickness and transparency requirements. The adhesion of the film surface is improved through corona or plasma treatment for subsequent printing or lamination processes. The produced plastic film is curled and formed.
