  Furniture wrapping film is a kind of plastic film used for packaging furniture. It has the functions of protecting the surface of furniture, preventing scratches, dust-proofing and moisture-proofing. The common ones are PE material, which has high transparency, good flexibility and strong puncture resistance. When in use, wrapping the furniture can provide good protection for it during transportation and storage, reducing the risk of damage.

The production process of furniture packaging film mainly includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Select suitable plastic raw materials such as polyethylene (PE), and add antioxidants, UV absorbers and other additives in a certain proportion.
2. Extrusion plasticizing: Put the raw materials into the extruder, heat them to plasticize, and extrude them into a molten film through a screw.
3. Blown film forming: After the molten plastic is extruded from the die head, air is blown in through the air ring to expand the film into a cylindrical shape, while it is cooled and shaped at the same time.
4. Traction and stretching: Use a traction device to pull the inflated film and stretch it in both the longitudinal and transverse directions to enhance the performance of the film.
5. Winding and slitting: The stretched film is wound into large rolls and then slitted into small rolls of different specifications as needed.
6. Quality Inspection: The thickness, width, transparency, tensile strength and other indicators of the packaging film are tested. Products that pass the test can be stored in the warehouse.
