To ensure that the plastic film is intact and delivered efficiently during transportation, we have developed the following standardized processes:
Before leaving the factory, the plastic film will be cut into standard rolls or flat sheets and wrapped in dust-proof and moisture-proof packaging materials. For customized products, special protective measures such as cushioning or additional sealing will be added according to customer needs.
The packaged plastic film will be stored in our temperature-controlled warehouse to ensure that it will not be affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity during storage before transportation. Products will be managed on a first-in-first-out basis to avoid inventory backlogs.
Based on customer orders, we will choose the appropriate mode of transportation, including road, rail or sea transportation. During loading, all film rolls will be fixed on non-slip pallets and re-fixed with stretch film to ensure that they will not shift or be damaged during transportation.
In order to let customers know the order dynamics in real time, we cooperate with many logistics companies to achieve full logistics tracking. From factory shipment to customer receipt, every step is recorded to ensure efficient and transparent transportation.

After the product arrives at the customer's designated location, the customer can conduct a comprehensive inspection. If damage is found during transportation, we will quickly start the replenishment or compensation process to protect the rights and interests of customers.
