Recycled Poly Mailer

These are plain PE mailers made from recycled material. We designed them for everyday shipping: clothes, accessories, small items and samples. They keep contents dry, take up little space in the warehouse, and cost less to ship than boxes.

• Material: post-consumer / post-industrial recycled PE, co-extruded where needed.
• Thickness: typical 30–120 microns (we can set exact gauge to your spec).
• Size: standard and custom sizes available; we cut to fit your SKU range.
• Closure: permanent self-adhesive strip; optional tamper tape or heat seal.
• Print: up to 6-color printing for logos, care labels or barcodes.
• Packing: cartons or pallets; inner bundles on request.

• Samples: we offer plain-stock samples free or low-cost; printed mockups on approval.
• Lead time: stock plain items: 5–10 working days; printed / custom orders: typically 12–25 working days after sample approval.
• Capacity & consistency: we run steady lines to support recurring bulk orders and OEM/ODM projects; lead times scale with order size.
• Quality checks: visual, thickness and adhesive pull tests; export paperwork and inspection reports available on request.
