One side of polyester base material (PET) is coated with anti scratch layer (HC), and the other side is coated with adhesive layer and protective film. PET is a material with strong durability, strong moisture resistance, high and low temperature resistance. It is clear and transparent, and becomes a film with different characteristics after metallization coating, magnetron sputtering, interlayer synthesis and other processes.
Professional manufacturers of building film usually use their own patented viscose for sandwich synthesis and installation of adhesive layer. It is mainly divided into pressure sensitive adhesive and water molecule activated adhesive.
Generally, the building membrane includes the following basic layers: wear-resistant layer, metallized polyester layer, thin adhesive layer, colored polyester layer, barrier layer, pressure-sensitive agent layer, dissolved water layer, lining layer, etc.
