Description
Biodegradable colored plastic bags are plastic bags that can decompose on their own under specific environmental conditions. They are usually made of biodegradable materials, such as biodegradable plastics (such as polylactic acid, starch-based plastics, etc.), photodegradable plastics, or oxidized biodegradable plastics. These materials, in the natural environment, can gradually decompose into carbon dioxide, water, and other harmless substances through the influence of factors such as microbial action, light, and oxygen, thereby reducing environmental pollution. Compared with traditional non-biodegradable plastic bags, biodegradable plastic bags do not remain in the environment for a long time after being discarded, making them more friendly to the ecological environment.
Our Degradable Colored Plastic Bags are designed for businesses seeking sustainable packaging solutions without compromising on quality and durability. Made from biodegradable PE material, these bags meet the growing demand for eco-friendly plastic bags in retail, food service, logistics, and other commercial industries.
As a professional degradable plastic bag supplier, we provide wholesale and custom services to meet the specific needs of B2B buyers, distributors, and procurement managers worldwide.

Biodegradable plastic bags start to decompose in the natural environment due to the effects of microorganisms, light, oxygen, etc. First, the molecular structure of the material gradually breaks down, turning into smaller fragments. Then, microorganisms further break down these fragments into carbon dioxide, water and other harmless small molecules, ultimately returning to nature and integrating into the ecological cycle, thereby reducing the white pollution caused by traditional plastic bags and achieving the goal of environmental protection.

The production process of degradable plastic bags is roughly as follows:
1. Raw material preparation: Based on the performance requirements of the plastic bags, select appropriate degradable materials, such as polylactic acid (PLA), starch-based plastics, etc., and perform pre-treatment such as drying to remove moisture and impurities.
2. Ingredient mixing: Mix the main degradable materials with an appropriate amount of additives, such as plasticizers, antioxidants, light stabilizers, etc., in a mixer at a certain ratio to thoroughly mix the additives and ensure their uniform dispersion in the raw materials, thereby improving the material properties.
3. Extrusion molding: Put the mixed raw materials into the extruder, heat and pressurize them to melt, and then extrude them from the die of the extruder to form continuous sheet-like or tube-like plastic films.
4. Blow molding or calendering: If it is a blow molding process, the extruded tube-like plastic film is passed through a blow-up device to make it expand laterally, forming the required thickness and width of the film; if the pressure molding process is adopted, the molten plastic is pressed into a uniformly thick film through a series of calendering rollers.
5. Printing and bag making: According to the requirements, print patterns, text, etc. on the film. Then, use the bag-making machine to cut and edge the film, and make various specifications and shapes of degradable plastic bags.
